I tested the mainline kernel 3.1.3-030103-generic, because 3.2.-rc2 did not boot properly.

In 3.1.3-030103-generic the issue remained, but compared to 3.0.0.12, the touchpad does not lockup so often anymore.
But I still get the dmesg output:
