Maybe the next experience can help to build a useful config-file:
Setting TopEdge = 0 (instead 1627) increases the area where the cursor can be used.
With TopEdge = 1627 vertical moves have no effect at the top of the clickpad. horizontal moves produce vertical scrolling.
