Comment 2 for bug 402863

@Alberto -- just installed the package below and it seems to make the thing almost perfect. In particular I can now do a multistage drag which was previously completely impossible with the window jumping off the screen when the moving finger was lifted.

+1 from me from a functionality point of view; note I have not reviewed the fix in any way.
