Well I'm using bare metal and my ~/home is in good shape, from backups. In
terms of my system I'm running a vanilla Ubuntu-Gnome and the reason it's
not in 'Good Shape' is Ubuntu bugs. ;-) quite Frankly!
Are you running your instance on bare metal or emulation?
