Btw. I found something very disturbing, which could be a related indicator, if you suffer from this bug:
I was in a text file and continously pressed 'y'.
The 'y' key which is located on my keyboard, where the american keyboard has the 'z'.
This happened:
You see, thaht during I hold down the 'y' key, the keymap suddenly changed (apparently).
Usually I experience the shift-key-problem, when I hold the shift-key for longer than just one single keypress.
Would be really nice, if some developer could look at this, since this gets really annoying with time.
