Hoping maybe someone can help me out. i installed 2.8.0 on mythbuntu 12.04.2 lts as per ( http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Remapping_remote_control_key_codes_greater_than_255 ) now im getting stuck during boot on the purple mythbuntu splash screen. i can ssh into the box.

id be good with either a fix, remove, or even a work around to block whatever is the issue.
