Comment 6 for bug 557923

the touchscreen is handled correctly but the calibration package needs to be included and fixed to understand where to find the touchscreen - it uses HAL and must be changed (i am sure that other input devices needed to be changed from HAL to the new system). where is a descriptiv document on the replacement of HAL? i would then fix the touchscreen_calibration.sh - i have looked at the code before and improved/fixed it before. for this i need an understanding what replaces HAL.
