I see what you said and it does not work. The only error I see on xorg.log is:

(II) fglrx(0): [agp] enabling AGP with mode=0x1f00431a
(EE) fglrx(0): [agp] Failed to remmap MC AGP aperture base!
(II) fglrx(0): [agp] AGP protocol is enabled for graphics board. (cmd=0x1f004312)
