i have a x300 and the same problem exists on my system. Option "UseInternalAGPGART" "no" does not work on my system. the problem doesn't occur every single time, but around 75% of the time, it happens when i either log off, restart, or shut down.
the problem is very annoying and i would very much like to see a working fix.
i guess i'll just stick with windows for now until this gets resolved....
