Comment 15 for bug 749811

I'm also having a problem. I'm running the Pictures Folder screensaver. My screen locks to screensaver after 5 minutes. No problem. I can unlock it and go on. However, after 15 minutes, the display is put to sleep. That is when the screen locks. Mouse and keyboard don't work within the GUI environment after this happens. However, I found that I can do a Ctrl+Alt+F1 to get a terminal window in TTY1. This at least allows me to log in to a new session and safely reboot the system.

In the meantime, I've set putting the display to sleep to "never" and after 1.5 hours, I'm still able to use the system.
