ubuntu7.10在中文界面下的PDF支持不是完美的，因为有时候中文是一个字，（比如“厚”，但是在PDF阅读器的目录里会显示为相近的“辱”。类似的有“胥”与“青”）使用它自带的PDF浏览器同样的字，在正文与在小目录（界面的左边）里显示的不一样（小目录里是错的）。
