This bug is about random log off's, not preventing a machine from going to sleep and issues derived from that. I believe you commented in the wrong bug. Please either find an appropriate bug or enter a new bug report altogether. Thanks!

This is a bug closed as Fixed Released and is specific to 12.04. If you are seeing similar behavior, please submit a new bug report.
