Comment 133 for bug 980519

I did update yesterday (14th September) and after that when I try to start Firefox, Thunderbird or Details, (12.04LTS) system logs out. I can start Libreoffice with no problem. Google earth shuts down but does not logout the system. I have old Intel +, nvidia+benq system. When I tried to fix the problem as #124 says and tried logout, there was messages about missing keyring password but logout did happen. Then I tried to change the resolution, disable network with no effect. Something odd looking was on login screen, resolution changed to high resolution but changed back to lower resolution.
