I do NOT agree with expiring this bug. The problem is still present. Easy to reproduce: italian keyboard, press AltGr key and you get ", " (comma followed by a blank character), in the text fields To:, Cc:, Bcc: as again showed in the attached screen shot. Note that using an italian keyboard the @ character is obtained pressing AltGr+ò key.
