I can't reproduce this with the "Italian" or "French (Swiss)" keyboad mappings either. Anyone can provide me with a different way to try to reproduce this?

Of course, I'm not running on the development release, but I can't see any difference in the keyboard related packages I could think of. I'll get to another Precise machine to test this again.
