Running: x86_64 dapper, with the latest nvidia driver (9746).

Xorg consistently consumes memory at the rate of about 300MB per day. My current uptime is a little less than 7 days, and xorg is currently sitting at 2.2GB.

I use this machine a lot (~10 hours per day, for work; this is my main desktop machine), but ran Mandriva 2006 64-bit for about 8 months, and xorg almost always was in the ~300MB range.

I am not used to having to restart the X server every couple of weeks (or less; if I want to run a memory-intensive program, I have to restart the X server beforehand, to clear out the leaked memory).
