Although the buttons are integral to the touchpad, they are clearly marked with a dividing line. Having read the proposed duplicate, while this issue may have the same underlying cause, this is not a mere configuration preference on this device because it has clearly identified buttons, albeit with nothing more than a coloured dividing line.
