I have the same problem with Thinkpad X201t

stylus and eraser work, but touch not

root@thinkpad:/usr/bin# xsetwacom get "Serial Wacom Tablet WACf00c touch" Rotate
cw
root@thinkpad:/usr/bin# xsetwacom get "Serial Wacom Tablet WACf00c stylus" Rotate
cw

both touch and stylus are in the same mode.
