Comment 11 for bug 1454868

Having the same issue. I had it in 14.01 but when I used the intel driver installer to install graphic drivers it fixed it, A bout 2 weeks 15.04 came out and the issue returned. happens a lot on Facebook and gmail & Youtube in Chrome AND firefox. I've installed freshplayer/pepperflash plugins and HTML5 only video plugins (for youtube) didnt really help. Getting constand Script stopped/ pages unresposive messages and then EVERYTHING locks up. Am using a pretty old Inspiron 2600 with intel onboard graphics and an external Monitor attached
