m, could you please comment on if you return the kernel boot parameters to the default by removing:
acpi_osi=Linux pcie_aspm=force i915.i915_enable_rc6=1 i915.i915_enable_fbc=1 i915.lvds_downclock=1 nomodeset

does this change anything?

As well, could you please advise on why each of these are in use?
