Hi Joshua,

Thanks for getting back to us. I just wanted to respond and clarify i don't think this affects Karmic. The only mention of Karmic was myself, having installed an instance of the guest running under Karmic for testing to eliminate whether it was an OS specific issue with respect to the host.

This problem only seems to exist with Lucid running as a guest within any given OS host, be it OS X, Windows or Linux.
I hope this helps clarify any ambiguity regarding where the problem lies.
