I'm not able to reproduce this bug on my box using the nv driver. So, either it is a bug in nvidia driver and we have to wait for a fix, either it is a bug on the open source side. It can be in the kernel (drm and so on), in Xorg or even, in qt or in kde..
I used to play with gdb/valgring but if someone could tell me how I'm supposed to start X and plasma so that I could get a useful backtrace if would be nice.
If someone can reproduce that using the nv driver please let us know asap :)
