BTW, the FPS is 1.

$ DISPLAY=:0 glxgears
Running synchronized to the vertical refresh. The framerate should be
approximately the same as the monitor refresh rate.
344 frames in 5.6 seconds = 61.884 FPS
5 frames in 5.0 seconds = 0.997 FPS
6 frames in 6.0 seconds = 1.002 FPS
6 frames in 6.0 seconds = 1.000 FPS

I did confirm the i915(iGPU) + amdgpu(dGPU) could reproduce this issue as well.
