Can you please provide a screenshot or photo of the error you are seeing?

Also, I notice your kernel keeps logging:

[ 4.513233] nvidia-modeset: WARNING: GPU:0: Unable to read EDID for display device DVI-I-0

which means you might need to try a different DVI cable if not a different monitor to get the correct resolution.
