To remove the PPA:

  1. sudo apt install ppa-purge
  2. sudo ppa-purge -o oibaf # or something like that!?
  3. Reboot

Now tell us if the problem still happens. If it does then please:

  4. dpkg -l > allpackages.txt
     and send us the file 'allpackages.txt'.
  5. sudo apt install mesa-utils
  6. glxinfo > glxinfo.txt
     and send us the file 'glxinfo.txt'.
