can you cross check if you have any of these Gnome Shell plug-ins installed ?

I had both.
First I uninstalled gnome-shell-extension-multi-monitors, did not help.
Next, I uninstalled gnome-shell-extension-system-monitor. Many meetings, back and forth to my office, home, etc. AS it is for now, over last 3 days no issues with unlocking. Finger crossed it stays this way. ;-)
