Bug Description
having the .Xmodmap file in the user home directory and load it on startup works fine except that the 3rd + 4th layer of the keysym 'n' won't work. pressing AltGr+n just gives back an 'n'. all other keys work (except to another problem i post in another bug report).
see problem 1 in the attachement.

I can confirm this bug. Additionally, AltGr + r also doesnt work here.
This is the bash script i made for remapping:
# brackets
xmodmap -e "keycode 25 = comma semicolon w W bracketleft bracketleft bracketleft bracketleft"
xmodmap -e "keycode 26 = period colon e E bracketright bracketright bracketright bracketright"
# curly brackets
xmodmap -e "keycode 24 = udiaeresis Udiaeresis q Q braceleft braceleft braceleft braceleft"
xmodmap -e "keycode 27 = p P r R braceright braceright braceright braceright" # doesnt work O_o
# confirm bugreport
xmodmap -e "keycode 57 = b B n N braceright braceright braceright braceright"
