Comment 3 for bug 2000773

This looks good, but as noted in LP: #2000774 I'm going to adjust it slightly to depend on xilinx-bootgen | bootgen-xlnx. This should ensure that if this migrates before the changes to the other packages, installations existing dependencies can still be satisfied.
