Testing performed :

- Using a config verified to be working on 20.04
- Enabled -proposed
- Updated and verified that component is now version 1.3.16-1ubuntu0.1
- Connected to my corporate VPN successfully where previously I could not
- (this config also worked for the PPA version published above by @racb)
