I attached a regular patch (cvs diff) fixing the fix. It's a "clean up" patch. sorry. Here is the ChangeLog entry.

 * Drop useles lines for RTRN, BKSP, CAPS, etc.
 * Add comments for my modification and drop useless comments concerning old modifier mapping.

Please consider it.
