Bug Description
xkeyboard-config (xkb-data) being released with jaunty is version 1.5. However, launchpad uses 1.4 .pot, and thus even if 1.5 translations are submitted and even if the submission has no untranslated strings, launchpad changes those submissions based on 1.4 .pot, thus resulting in untranslated strings in the UI.
I noticed this for crh locale, but it affects all locales. For instance, here's French:
https:/
Look for ATM. The UI in jaunty uses 1.5 string which has:
"ATM/phone-style"
But the .pot is obsolete and has:
"ATM/phone-style hexadecimal keypad"
This would cause 106 untranslated strings for every language using 1.5 .po. I believe this is a critical l10n issue for jaunty.

xkeyboard-config doesn't provide a POT file. Please fix the package, and Launchpad will import it correctly.
