Binary package hint: xkeyboard-config
This is a follow-up to bug 349341
xkeyboard-config needs to create a translation template (POT file) during the build process, so it can be uploaded to Launchpad Translations and translators can do their work.
The problem now is that it does not create it and an outdated xkeyboard-
The solution would be to simply add a 'cd po; intltool-update -p' rule in debian/rules and remove the outdated debian/

In the meantime I've manually uploaded an updaed template, which will be imported soon. This will give translators the opportunity to translate the additional strings.

Note that the manual upload is not a permanent solution, since until this bug is fixed, any subsequent package upload will overwrite the manually uploaded one with the outdated one in the package.
