Comment 6 for bug 34700

Sorry for a long delay. First, as Simos correctly pointed out, it would rather
be 'np' than 'ne', if you don't mind. Second, even more important - you are
explicitly using Unicode hexadecimal values. I am very suspicious about these
cases (for non-unicode locales, for example). Wouldn't it be possible to use
keysyms from keysymdef.h? Or is Nepali alphabet not covered by that file?
