Well, i've seen a couple commits by you[1], so i thought you'd be able to commit this, especially since it deals only with comments.

Based on past experience, i do believe crh-locale-related commits should be done by somebody w/o apparent potential conflict of interest.[2]

If there are strong feelings about the format of comments, please let me know, and i'll upload another patch update.

I hope Daniel could commit it.

If it applies to other professions and circumstances, it certainly is applicable in these circumstances.
P.P.S. IMO, this bug is still resolved, because the outstanding update concerns only comments. If you'd rather have a separate bug for update to comments, i'll log a separate bug.
