I thought my last check-in would actually save others some time (i guess it didn't due to more ensuing discussion), and i think no further special steps for this bug are needed. However, if there is a strong preference towards the maintainer making the changes that i made in my last check-in (on the 12th), after pulling crh.po from TP in a week or two, i can also revert my last check-in myself, if that was to be preferred to somebody else doing.
