According to 'medium' priority definition in launchpad:
"The bug is an inconvenience for MANY users. The feature provides new ways of completing tasks.[...]"
Furthermore, IMHO a bug preventing any Ubuntu users from using a particular keyboard well known button simply can't be considered 'low'.
