Comment 3 for bug 300028

I tried the following to no avail:

 - Removed "im-switch"
 - Installed "kdebase-workspace-bin" as it contains the "kxkb" application
 - Created an empty /usr/share/apps/kxkb/ubuntu.xmodmap directory and file

No help...

Please can anyone help us get this sorted out?
