Bruno, you make reference Ubuntu, Xubuntu, -desktop and -settings without specifically stating which desktop environment you are using so I'm assuming Xubuntu.

You haven't actually assigned this report to a package but just to the general Ubuntu project. For now I'm assigning it to 'xubuntu-meta' so that the Xubuntu team are made aware of your issue.
