Binary package hint: xfce4-panel

I use the Quicklauncher panel plugin to fill my dock with icons but when I make any sort of change to the quicklauncher items (change name, icon, command) the changes appear to be saved when I leave the Quicklauncher settings but when I reboot the system or restart the Xserver the changes are lost. I have to manually do "xfce4-panel -r" to reinitialize all panels to save the settings consequently.
