Reproduce:
* open Power Manager
* General > Laptop Lid > switch off display
* System > Sleep mode: suspend, When inactive for: never
* Display > disable all actions
(state of On/Off switch at the top doesn't matter)
* lock screen (screen turns off)
* close lid
= system goes to sleep
System shouldn't do anyting, the screen is already off after locking it.
