Comment 0 for bug 601213

Binary package hint: xfce4-panel

This happens only in live cd session, on installed system everythings works ok.

Xubuntu 20100701 desktop amd64

clicking on Quit icon all panels disappears

it is same bug 386850, but in Lucid if i remember well, it was fixed.
