No. I just have tried it and was unable to reproduce it. Sorry this was my mistake.
(I have misunderstood a forum comment about this topic when I was searching for a solution to restore the bars.)

The bug seems to occur sporadic. Is there already a valid bug report filed?

If yes we should set this one to "Invalid".
