Bug Description
The device is powered when plugged in, but doesn't manipulate the mouse cursor or anything. Even tried the workaround of jumping between virtual terminals (Ctrl+Alt+F1, and back to Ctrl+Alt+F7) to no avail.
Specific model:
CTH-661
The lsusb output for this device:
Bus 002 Device 005: ID 056a:00d8 Wacom Co., Ltd
All that appears via dmesg when the device is detached, then plugged back in:
[ 1110.210670] usb 2-10: USB disconnect, address 5
[ 1116.271281] usb 2-10: new full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 6

I'm currently using the wacom-dkms package from the 'irie/wacom' PPA, and it appears that ONLY finger-touch-based input manipulates the cursor and nothing else (such as the pen).
