When i am create vm with pci pass got this error

xm create win2008ex
Using config file "./win2008ex".
Error: (22, 'Invalid argument')

Have different servers .... ubuntu 12.04.2 & this error ((((

I'am still falback on 4.1.2-2ubuntu2.7 or
