 Let us recall that you asked if I consider this a bug.
I replied YES (I want it to be a bug).
That is because the system behaves abnormally.
That the definition of a bug.
And because the consequences can be important.
So please make it a bug.

But don't change the title etc to a totally different meaning.

I realized that one has to read the report up to the end to understand.
In consequence, I have added a Summary at the beginning.

NB: The fix must be very easy.
So, I suggest Ubuntu themselves take care of that.
