    * A problem with a non-essential hardware component (network card, camera, webcam, music player, sound card, power management feature, printer, etc.)

In this case this bug falls under "A bug that has a moderate impact on a core application". I do appreciate the urgency that you are relaying though in needing this bug fixed.
