Just to clarify:
If you see the picture (hardy in virtualbox) and the video (Gutsy on my laptop) you see that xaos have different color behaviour.
So they could be two distinct bug due to different situations.
I think that before putting compiz issue as invalid it would be better to investigate more on the problem and, in case of two bugs, I'll open another one for Hardy.
