  * Drop dependency on cpp, leftover from the xbase-clients split.
  * Drop Conflicts/Replaces on setxkbmap, xkbcomp, xkbevd, xkbprint, xkbutils
    which were only in old ubuntu releases.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.0.
