networkmanager logs

I tried to get the logs like they did in the bugs.debian post with:

> 3) Enable NetworkManager logging
> $ sudo nmcli general logging level DEBUG domains ALL
>
> 4) Get logs
> $ journalctl -u NetworkManager -b

I hope this can help to pinpoint the issue
