/lib/systemd/system-sleep/wpasupplicant is a nasty hack/workaround introduced in bug 1422143; this is mirroring what we did before in/usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/60_wpa_supplicant, but this really needs to be fixed properly in NM or wpa (not sure which) at some point..
